How to add a manual expense sheet

• You need to add the assignment first
• Timesheet - Incoming Timesheets 
• Upload the image if using one

• You can choose to upload one PDF with the upload a single image or you can upload multiple images using the upload a group of images this process then splits them into single images
• Once you have upload the desired image you need to click on the image number

• Once this has been selected you then need to click on add new timesheet

• Change the type 'Expense' and then create timesheet

• Add the relevant expense information - 

• Validate it once you have added all the information
• if you are not uploading an image click on invoice without an image.
• This is the process then completed 
• You will now be ready to create your sales invoice and remittance
