I’ve tried to deliver an invoice several times but they are not moving from Undelivered Sales Invoices and no emails have been received.
This usually happens when the document has exceeded the size limit on Etz and the client’s delivery mode is set to Email with an attachment. The size limit is currently 10MB (or 10240KB).
This can be due to having a large amount of timesheet images on an invoice or that the images themselves are a large file size, for example when a lot of colour photos of receipts for an Expense Sheet have been included.
To resolve this problem, change the Delivery Mode settings in the Client’s Entry screen to Email with a link, this way the size of the document does not interfere.
This is an example of the email the client will be sent. The link will take them back to Etz to download the document:
The problem may also be caused by sending too many invoices at once. If the invoices being sent to one client are all included in one email, the attachments of the invoices will be too big to include on one email causing the system not to send the email. For example selecting 60 invoices to one client will not send. So to resolve the problem, a few invoices should be selected at a time.
