When your account is placed in setup mode, it means that all email communications that are normally sent to clients, candidates and authorisers etc are sent to the Post email address.
You can check if your account is in Setup mode by looking at the details in the Reference Data - Agency Details page:
In the above example the account is in setup mode and all SMS communications have been disabled. This is the standard setting whilst you are adding data into your account and setting the system up.
It enables live data with real email addresses and mobile phone numbers to be added to the system with the security that all emails will be sent to the Post Email address. In the above example this will be juliej@etztimesheetsolutions.com. You can change this to whatever email address you want while testing.
All accounts that are created whilst in setup mode will have the password set to Password. This enables you to easily log on to any client or authoriser account and experience what they will see in a live system. For example you may wish to see what the various costing settings in an assignment may do and this will enable you to see what the candidate will experience when they log in.
When you are ready to set the system live, your Customer Enablement Manager will re-generate the passwords in the system and send out all of the welcome emails to their live email addresses and your system will then be in live mode.
