It is rare for a general problem to occur with the fax service and we have mechanisms in place whereby we are notified of any issues, so we usually know before you do!
Occasionally there are peaks and troughs with the service when slight delays can be experienced but all faxed items will appear in the queue eventually if they have been faxed to the correct number.
Usually we find it is more likely to be a case of user error so as a suggestion you can ask your candidates to send you a fax confirmation in the event of any dispute regarding errant faxes to confirm it has been sent correctly..
