How do I set up exchange rates on etz?

Firstly your etz site will be set to a 'Base Currency' in line with the main currency for the business.

This is set as part of your site configuration and is visible on the Agency Details page within Reference Data:

Secondly, the Exchange Rates are also located within Agency Details, on the Exchange Rates tab:

If you operate different currencies you must maintain the exchange rates yourselves.  To do this simply locate the currency you wish to update from the list shown above, so for example if you wish to set the exchange rate from GBP to USD you will need to select that item by clicking edit:



Enter the rate of exchange and ensure the 'Update Timesheets' option is checked if you wish for all retrospective timesheets to use the new rate.  Click Update to save your changes.

Does etz automatically update exchange rates for foreign currencies?

No, etz does not update exchange rates automatically so it is important that you maintain these yourselves as part of your regular process.
