Parent Companies are used to group Client Entry records mainly for the purposes of AWR management. For example, if you have a number of Client Entry records for the same client group, such as Microsoft, a Parent Company of Microsoft could be created then each Client Entry record belonging to that group of companies can be attached to this Parent Company. This is useful for AWR so that timesheets for any candidates working on assignments for different clients within a parent company group will be linked and count as one group for AWR purposes.
To create a Parent Company, click New and enter their details:
Next go into any Client Entry records that relate to this Parent Company and set them accordingly:
Click Update to save the changes to this Client Entry record.
