We have multiple sites on etz and I need a new user to have access to all our etz sites?

Within the User Entry area (Reference Data menu), create the new user with the role of 'Multi Agency User' as well as 'Agency Admin' roles and this will allow them to Change Agency Context and to move between your sites when they log in:-
