Why are some of the Assignments which are not live coming up as failing AWR currently?

Even when the assignment is not live the system will still check the AWR status. 

So if the assignment had a status of failing AWR when it was live and the status has not been amended the system will still see this.

To correct this you will have to amend the AWR status on the assignment.
