A candidate has marked all the days as 'not worked' on one of their timesheets, but it will not let them submit zero hours. Why is this?

Unfortunately you cannot submit zero hours on a timesheet. The best thing to do will be for the candidate to void the timesheet in their portal when selecting the timesheet.
