Yes it is possible to amend a timesheet on Etz at any stage of the process, but you should always consider whether it is appropriate to do so, for example if you have raised and issued a sales invoice it may be more appropriate to raise a credit note instead.
Timesheets can be amended from within Timesheet Display by selecting the timesheet:
You can then amend the existing rate line, remove it completely or add in a new one as required:
The system will default to showing 'Simple Rates' wherever possible which means to show a rate line on one line - if you click [Show Complex Rates] the Pay and Bill elements will be shown on separate lines.
Add, amend or remove as appropriate, click Recalculate if you wish to check the new totals, then click Update to save changes on the timesheet. Purchase Order detail can also be amended in this way as well as the Bill and Pay Tax/Vat elements.
In this example, the timesheet has already produced a sales invoice so the change should be applied automatically - to check this click the invoice document to view it (please note If the changes have not been applied automatically you should go to Sales Invoice Edit (and/or Purchase Invoice Edit if the timesheet has paid) and click the Recreate option to instruct the system to recompile the document).
Changes to timesheets can also be made in the same way from within Sales Invoice Edit and Purchase Invoice Edit.
