I am not able to view timesheet/document images on ETZ. When I try, my web browser opens instead. Why is this?

To be able to view images on the site you must have a PDF reader set up on your machine. You can download this free directly from Adobe - here is a link :

If you do not have rights to do this on your machine you should make enquiries with your internal IT provider to set it up for you.
