The Candidate has submitted a timesheet but we need to change the Authoriser. How do we do this?
There are four options which are available:
- If your authorisation method is ETZ sign or Online sign and on the assignment you have available an alternative authoriser, you can change the selected authoriser from the Send Timesheet reminders - Client. A new authorisation email will be sent to the new authoriser. The previous email will become invalid.
- If your authorisation method is Etz sign or Online sign, and no alternative authorisers are available additional authorisers can be included, by adding the details under Client User entry and then selected on the assignment. These additional users will then be available for selection under Send timesheet reminders - Client as above.
- If your authorisation method is Etz sign or Online sign, then set up a Client User as a client admin, this user will be able to see and authorise all timesheets for their company regardless of whom the candidate has selected to authorise their timesheets.
- Manual authorisation - for all authorisation methods, download the timesheet image from Timesheet Display and then email the document to the new authoriser requesting them to print and manually sign the document, and email a PDF copy back to you.
When you receive the signed document you can upload it into etz via Incoming Timesheets Images and use it to validate the timesheet.
