This is error occurs when the candidate tries to submit their timesheet but they have not completed all the information correctly. They have not enterd not entered any units on their timesheet:
If the Detailed tick box is checked in the Assignment Entry, Main Details page they will have the option of entering their Start, Finish and Break times and if they are on a daily rate they will be required to enter their actual units worked too:
If you do not require the hourly detail then we would recommend you switch this off – you can do this by unchecking the Detailed option on the Main Details page of their assignment. This means all they then are required to enter is the day rate unit against each day and this is often more straightforward (and less confusing) for the candidate.
Document Management
Another warning the candidate may come across is shown in the screenshot below -
If the candidate has not completed the Document submissions or the document submission has not been completed by the Agency, and the option to Disable timesheet entry until this has been completed, has been selected then the candidate will not be able to submit their timesheets.
