This is usually due to the AWR monitoring (please see the associated articles) but can also be due to the candidate having more than one Candidate Entry record and the user ID they are using to log in is not the one attached to their current assignment.
Etz is designed for candidates to retain their same Candidate Entry record as they will be able to see historical timesheets and documents (if document management is in place) as well as current items on their portal. If it is a case of a second candidate entry record has been set up in error, then it is possible to change the Candidate on the Assignment Entry to the other record if there has not yet been any timesheet activity (i.e. all timesheets are still Open)
