For details of how to add a client user please follow:
Client:
This option will allow the user to Authorise the candidate timesheets via the Etz Sign or Online Signing options
Etz Sign: This method is best used for quick signing for clients who only have a few candidates. This method also allows clients to easily review the timesheets they are authorising without having to remember login details. However if the client has a number of candidates they can be swamped with emails. This can become very irritating for the authorisers who then have to go through all of these emails to authorise the timesheets. Login allowed option is not required for this option
Online Signing: This is the fastest way to authorise timesheets if the client has several candidates to sign for. The process of online signing allows the authoriser to authorise multiple timesheets at once which can make the process very quick because the authoriser can simply select any timesheets they want to authorise and then just click one button. The Authoriser will need to select the pencil icon to view the individual timesheets. Although the authoriser will receive email in regards to the timesheets submitted they will not need to use this to log in, meaning they can choose when to log in to the system from the site.
This user will also be able to view all previously authorised timesheets as well.
If you wish the client to online sign you will need to select Login allowed and send them an invite from the Client User Entry to create their login identity.
Client Admin:
The Client Admin role is a higher level which allows the user to view any timesheets or documents that have been raised against their client (or clients if they are attached to more than one), regardless of whether those individual items have been submitted to them personally. So in essence it is an over-arching view which is useful for any client representatives who wish to oversee or view any Etz items that relate to their business.
Here is an example of what the client portal looks like for a Client Admin user:
The client admin will also be able to view sales invoices raised from the 'Invoice Display' as opposed to a 'Client' user who only has the ability to authorise timesheets that have been submitted to them and do not have the ability to view any sales invoices.
