This is the first page a candidate sees once they have signed in:
They are taken straight to their timesheets in Timesheet Entry. They can see the status of each timesheet they have submitted and timesheets that are waiting to be filled in.
'Expense Sheets' tab:
If the candidate's assignment has been set up with Detailed expenses then they will have the option to create an expense sheet:
'Completed' tab:
This tab will show processed timesheets at the status 'Timesheet Received'. If the candidate selects the timesheet they will be able to view and download the timesheet document.
This tab will also show cancelled timesheets.
'Pay Slips' tab:
On the candidates assignment if the "Display to Candidate Show remittance to candidate as a payslip from the candidate portal" is ticked here they will be able to view each of their individual pay slips.
My Checklist:
A candidate may be taken straight to the My Checklist page if your agency uses etzComply forms and documents and the candidate has outstanding forms and documents to action. The candidate may not be able to submit a timesheet if they have not actioned these items.
If there aren't any outstanding items to be actioned, the candidate will be able to enter their timesheet by selecting the individual timesheets present on the Timesheet Entry page through the Timesheet tab:
Step 1: Select timesheet
Step 2: Amend hours
Depending on how the costing of their assignment is set up, the candidate can either enter hours worked or days worked. This is an example of a candidate on a daily rate who can also enter their start and finish time.
They must enter their Days Worked and Save Changes (they also have the option to copy to all other working days):
They will now see their total days/hours worked. If this looks correct they can click 'Continue':
The candidate will now be taken to the timesheet authorisation page where they can submit the timesheet to their authoriser. This is an example of a candidate submitting to their manager for etz Sign.
If there is more than one authoriser on the assignment then the 'Preferred' authoriser will be set a default.
The candidate will need to agree to the terms and conditions and then click the Submit button:
The system will then confirm that the timesheet has been sent for authorisation:
Submitting Expenses:
If the candidate's assignment is set up with expenses 'Single line on timesheet' this is what a candidate would see if they needed to add expenses to their timesheet:
Once they have clicked 'Add Expenses' they can enter their expense Description and amount and save the expense to the timesheet.
They can then submit their timesheet like normal.
If the candidate's assignment is set up with detailed expenses then the candidate would click on the Expense sheets tab under Timesheet Entry to create a new expense sheet as these are not generate by the system like timesheets are:
Once the expense sheet is created the candidate will be taken back to the Expense Sheets page where the expense sheet will be waiting. The candidate can select the expense sheet to add and submit their expenses:
the candidate will see this next page where they can add their expense items and supporting documents:
From here they can submit the expense sheet like they would a timesheet.
