Firstly you need to upload the image to the Incoming Images area - you do that by using one of the image upload buttons below:
If you are uploading a single file click on 'Upload Single Image' button' - there is a 20 page limit for this option.
If you want to split a file with multiple pages then click 'Upload Group of Images' - handy if you have a PDF containing several different candidate timesheets for example.
For this example we will upload a single image file. Choose a file and and click Upload Document:
Your image will then upload and become highlighted blue. When an image is highlighted blue it means you have selected it, so it is ready to be attached to a timesheet. If you think your image has not been selected you can just click on the image number to select it, it will then be highlighted blue.
You will now need to create the timesheet by clicking on the 'Add new timesheet' button:
You will need to select the assignment for the timesheet you wish to create and the Start date and end date:
A timesheet will become available for you to validate. You can then select rates, enter units and any other adjustments. If you want to separate the pay and bill sides click 'Show Complex Rates' for a better look at the pay and bill for this timesheet.
When you're happy with the timesheet, click the 'Validate' button.
The timesheet has now been created, had an image attached to the back of it and validated all in one go! Once the timesheet has been created in this way, it is the same as any other timesheet; you can view it in the Timesheet Display area, invoice it from Sales Invoices and pay it in the usual way.
