If the Etz sign link is saying 'has expired' but the link was recently sent out to you.
Has this timesheet been changed, invoiced, voided, or resubmitted? Has the timesheet been invoiced and then the invoice credited, is this the original timesheet or is it the newly created timesheet? (Check via the Timesheet Display for more information).
If the Etz sign link is coming up with 'has expired' but the timesheet was submitted a while ago.
Check with the 'Send Timesheet Reminder' that it is the most recently emailed link as only one link can be active at a time. If it still is showing an expired error message then the time period for the approval link has passed. The Candidate will need to log on and click the resubmit button on the timesheet to send out a new valid link to the Client for approval.
