The easiest and most efficient way to communicate with us is by logging a support ticket via the Support menu on your system:
Your ticket will drop into our central system that is constantly monitored and will ensure you receive a quick response. Also this information is recorded on our support database so we can store and analyse the queries you have raised to date.
Once your ticket has been received you will receive an confirmation email.
If you need to add a screen shot or attach a document wait for the confirmation email and reply adding any additional information, this email will contain your support ticket case reference number.
We are not always available to personally answer calls and emails so this really is the best method of contacting us.
Details we need:
When Logging a support ticket can you give us as much information as possible.
If your query relates to an Assignment then can you give us the candidate’s name or for a Timesheet query can you give us the candidate’s name or Timesheet reference.
If your query relates to an invoice then we would like the Client/Supplier name and invoice reference.
If you are having problem with a batch then can you give us the batch reference and any information relating to your batch problem. If the problem is with importing then can you give us the Batch ID.
If you are having difficulties with Document management then can you give us the name of the person or the area in ETZ where the problem is occurring.
If your candidate or Client User is having difficulty then can you give us their name and details of the problems they are experiencing.
If you getting an error or having difficulty entering information then a screen shot of the problem would be very useful. If you are having problems with a report then could you tell us exactly which report you are using and give us details of any sort criteria you are using to produce the report.
If you are having difficulties in an area of ETZ then tell us exactly where you are or send us a screen shot.
The more the information you can give us when you log a support ticket the quicker we will be able to resolve your problem.
