I need to send a general email to our timesheet approvers - is there a report I can run from the system which will give me their names, company and the candidate they approve?

Yes there is - it is the Assignment Authorisation Summary and it is located within the main Report menu, Margins and Forecasting section:

If you require a general list of all timesheet authorisers there is an Excel report located on the Client User Entry area also.
