When it comes to adding your consultants into etz, you have a couple of options. In the following article, we will walk you through how to set up your consultants and link them back to assignments.
To add a new consultant, click the Add New Consultant button from the Consultant Entry screen. Here, you will find different types of consultant users which can be applied.
The Consultant role will allow users to log in and view statistics and margin data for their assignments only as well as issue timesheet reminders to their candidates. The Consultant Admin role allows users the same basic functions with a few additions. They will also have restricted access to the main agency portal, giving them the ability to add main entity data such as Clients, Suppliers and Candidates, and simply view agency assignments. They are also able to view all sales and purchase invoices/remittances, but they will not be able to create or edit them.
Please note that login information will not be issued automatically. If you wish your consultants to have access to the system you must issue them with their email invitation. To email the consultant their login invitation, simply click the Send Invite button on the right of the screen as shown above.
You may also tag consultants to their assignments as well as apply any commission splits for the purpose of margin reporting.
To attach consultants to assignments directly, go to the Categories tab of the Assignment Entry screen. Please note that there must also be some timesheet activity for those assignments. They will not be able to view any data until timesheets are submitted.
When the consultant logs in, they will be able to view the Gross Margin report, as seen below.
As well as their Gross Margin statistics, they can view other reports from the Reports menu:
These reports are tailored to only display data relating to this specific consultant (they will not be able to view other consultants' data).
As well as report information, they can also issue Timesheet Reminders.
