This tutorial follows directly on from the Candidate Timesheet Entry tutorial.
After the candidate has entered their working times in to the timesheet via the Etz portal and clicked the 'Submit this timesheet' button, they will be presented with the available options for uploading documents and submitting their timesheet, based on the assignment 'Authorisation' settings.
This tutorial will cover the submission methods available for physical timesheets, by discussing the relevant tickbox options available to the candidate.
Printer friendly timesheet will allow you to print off a copy of the timesheet for manual authorisation.
Upload a document/Upload another document will give you the option to add timesheet documents, which may be uploaded a one document at a time.
When you are ready to submit the timesheet, tick the box next to the disclaimer and select the Submit my timesheet for approval button.
If the timesheet is submitted without uploading a document, the timesheet's status will be set to Waiting for Image. At this point, the candidate can either upload the image later, email the document to the etz incoming email address, or fax to the etz fax number.

Timesheets documents submitted will enter the 'Incoming Timesheet Images' section of the system for approval.
