Etz has an option which can be enabled with will allow a candidate to enter a payroll request notice when submitting their timesheets, this notice will then be available when the agency administrator Validates their timesheet.
On the Candidate portal the candidate will have an option Payroll Request
This function then has a a number of different options which the candidate can select and then they have the ability to enter some text.
This notice will then be available to the Agency Administrators either via the Online Validation as below:
So the Administrator can then drill into the timesheet to see the message. When Validating through Incoming Images the message will also be available on the Timesheet view.
