JSA - Sales Export Report Values
Each individual Invoice in the batch is broken down into three lines. The first line is the net amount of the invoice; the second is the gross amount (Net+Tax) and the third is the tax amount. They are distinguished by the sales ledger control code in column A:
10100 = Net Line, 170100 (or 170102 for Euros) = Gross Line, 180415 = Tax Line
A – Sales Ledger Control (as explained above)
B – Client Sales Ledger: The client’s sales ledger, taken from Client Entry. (For the tax line a ‘O’ is a fixed value that won’t change).
C – Candidate Agency Reference: The candidate’s agency reference, taken from Candidate Entry. (For the tax line either a ‘S’ or ‘Z’ is present, ‘Z’ signals an invoice that has no VAT amount added, ‘S’ signals an invoice with VAT added).
D – Invoice Date: This is the date that the invoice was raised.
E – Amount: This is the bill amount for each line, so net amount, gross amount (Net+Tax) and Tax amount.
F – Document Type: This states whether the document is a sales invoice or credit note:
CYBSCRE=Sales Credit Note, CYBSINV=Sales Invoice (CYBSCRE-E=Sales Credit Note (Euros), CYBSINV-E=Sales Invoice (Euros))
G – Invoice Number
H – Candidate Name
I – Monthly Period: This is the period that the invoice was raised, so the month number of the year (eg.04 = April)
J – Year of Invoice
