The process remains the same for all users
Once the user record has been created, you can use the Send invite option on the User entry list, to send an email containing an Invitation link which will prompt the user to create a new identity or link to an existing identity. See Link invitation process guide.

These messages are all able to be made bespoke to your company and this can be done by a Agency system admin user via the envelope icon in the top right hand corner of your ETZ timesheets system using this icon
