The email address used on the Identity process is independent to the email address held on Etz.
The email address held on the Candidate, Client user, Admin user and Supplier user record within Etz is now only used when sending Etz email notifications and if the email address is changed it will not affect the identity login process.
We recommend the email address which is used for the new identity is an email account they will have access to for a long period of time. So you can they can use the same identity when working for different employers or on behalf of different agencies. The identity is personal to the user and the information, either it be the email address or a social provider account, will not be shared with any agency.
