As a user you can now manage your own Etz Identity.
The option Manage Identity will allow you to change the email address, password or the linked Etz accounts.
You must wait for the email to arrive and then confirm the password by clicking on the link.
Once this has been completed you will be able to log in.
The following error message - The specified email already exists will occur when the system detects an identity which is using the new email entered.
You can either
1- enter an different email address.
2 - contact your agency giving them the email address which is not being accepted.
Authorised account associations
This option allows you to unlink your identity from your account - your account will no longer be linked to your email address or whichever social account you had linked to sign in to your account with. So for example if you no longer want to sign in with Facebook, this option will remove your Facebook sign in from your account.
If you remove your association you will will NOT be able to access the Etz system for this account. To regain access to this account please contact the relevant agency.
Delete my identity
This will delete the identity log in details and will also remove access to the Etz timesheet system for all the accounts associated to this identity.
