How can a user unlink their ETZ account from their social account identity?
Using a candidate portal linked to LinkedIn as an example:
This candidate doesn't want to sign in to his timesheet portal with LinkedIn anymore, he'd rather sign in with an email address and password.
There's two options to unlink the identity from the account:
Option 1 - The user can go to the Manage Identity section on their portal:
Under the 'Authorisation account associations' section, they can then click 'Remove account association form'.
They will be taken to the next page to confirm the account they would like to remove the Linkedin identity from - if the user has more than one account linked to this identity, all accounts will show up on this page and the user can select more than one account.
The user will then need to tick the box to say they understand the implications and then click the 'Please delete...' button.
The user will then receive a confirmation message.
Once the user has removed the association, they will not be able to sign in to their portal. You will need to send the user an invite from their user entry:
Option 2 - You, the agency, can disassociate the identity from the account for the user by going to their user entry (in this case Candidate Entry) and going to their Sign In Details tab. Click on the red 'Disassociate this user' button:
You will then need to tick the box to say you understand the implications and click 'Disassociate this user'.
You will then receive the below confirmation message.
You will now see the user has no identity set up.
You will need to send the user a new invite:
