Now that your agency has moved over to etz, you will be receiving an invitation email with the subject heading “*Agency Name* invites you to Timesheet Manager”. This email, and the attached link, should be used to create your new identity within etz. However, please note that to accept the invitation you must click the embedded link, and not the link to timesheetz.net directly.
Once you have accepted the invitation, you will be shown the following screen. Click on the green button to register your details. If you have used etz with a previous agency, then please select "Yes, Please Let Me Sign In".
If you are already registered, then you will be prompted to log in. However, if you clicked the green button to register as a new user, you will then be presented with the following screen to create your etz instance.
You can now create your etz identity by using one of the following options: you can create your profile by using one of the above mentioned social media platforms, or alternatively you can enter an email address of your choice (preferably the one you have already provided to your agency) and create a password.
The system will then log you in and you are now ready to start inputting your hours/days into the timesheet system.
Please note that if you create your identity using an email and password, then you cannot log in using any of the social media platforms. Always ensure you key in the correct email and password as mistyping an email address could lead to the creation of multiple identities.
