Bank Details Security Feature
After receiving client feedback there is concern that all consultants have access to change candidate and supplier bank details, therefore we have taken the following actions;
The banking details field will only be available when an account is first created.
Anyone needing to change or edit the banking details for existing candidates will need to contact ETZ support via the 'support' button at the top of your agency page. We require your current Agency System Admin user to request access for others, however if there is no current ASA then please also contact support via the same means and we will apply a user.
To see who is your current Agency System Admin user:
Reference Data > User Entry - to find the User with this level of access.
Any sensitive data changed in the system will also be logged in an accessible report for the ‘Agency System Admin’ only.
This Report can be found under the Payroll Tab.
Note: Users will need to have 'Agency Admin' before being given 'Agency System Admin'
