There may be a time when you need to remove access for an Agency User, Client User, or a Candidate.
To remove access simply click the Green icon 'Access Enabled' on the Right hand side next to the
(Agency/Client/Candidate) User name.
The Icon will turn red and the status will say Access Disabled.
Alternatively under the Reference Data tab and each of the corresponding Entry sections use the edit function (yellow pencil) and uncheck the login box.
You may need to manually limit individual users access to the system when you leave ETZ and transfer to a new system. (If your new host doesn't have this available as an auto switch off function)
