Updating Client Entry via Data Ex

When updating any existing Client Entry information in the system via the Data Ex feature, please ensure that you include the mapping for Address Line 1 in your spreadsheet upload. If this is not included, the system will remove the data from whatever was inside of the Address 1 field.

The other fields can be left blank in the template if you wish. The only mandatory fields for import are Agency Reference, Name and Address 1.
