The 'From email address' is used for sending all emails from ETZ. The email address can be changed from the Agency Details tab. In order to make changes, you will need to have Agency System Admin rights.
From the dashboard click Reference Data>Agency Details
In the Agency info tab, scroll down to 'From Email'
Overtype the existing email address - you can create your own text up to @timesheetz.net. For example youragency@timesheetz.net (@timesheetz.net must be used in order for emails to send successfully, you cannot use your company name after the @ symbol)
Scroll to the bottom of the page to save changes.
