Who can access Caspian reports?

Only ETZ Agency Users can access Caspian reporting.  Users would need to have one of the following roles to be able to login to Caspian -  

'MultiAgencyUser','AgencyManager','AgencyAdmin','AgencyUser','AgencyOperator','AgencySystemAdmin'

If you need to change a users access, this can be done in ETZ - From the dashboard go to Reference Data>User Entry>Yellow pencil next to the relevant user>Adjust their access as required.

In the screenshot below you can see the roles that will give access to Caspian - 

If you need to give a user the top admin rights of 'Agency System Admin' this can only be done by the ETZ support team, so please raise a ticket to request this.  

At present Consultants are not able to access Caspian.
