Can agencies create bespoke reports in Caspian?

Agencies cannot currently create their own bespoke reports, however, our Caspian team can make reports for individual agencies.  Creating bespoke reports is a chargeable service, so please raise a support ticket advising what information you would like included on a report and also which fields in ETZ contains the data you are looking to extract.  We can then come back to you to advise if it will be possible to build the required report and what the costings are likely to be.
