Beginners guide to Caspian

To access Caspian use the following link https://www.caspian.cloud/ from the home page you can login using your existing ETZ credentials - 

Once signed in, click the Reports tab to view a list of reports available in Caspian - 

When a report is selected from the drop-down list you will see an interactive dashboard showing the overall information within that report.  The example below is the Gross Margin Report -  Select 'Trend' and then interact with the graphs or moving the sliders will allow you to drill down in to individual figures, such as gross margin by client - 

Click the 'Detail' tab to see a detailed breakdown of the data.  On the right hand side of the screen you will see three dots, click on the three dots to export the data to Microsoft Excel - 

To the far right of the page for each report,  filtering options are available, click the down arrow of each filtering section to expand the filtering options and toggle between advance filtering/basic filtering.  In the below example we want to display timesheet data from the 1st November 2022 to the 30th November 2022 - To achieve this we have used advanced filtering, then selecting a timesheet received date (is on or after) 01/11/2022 AND (is on or before) 30/11/2022.

NOTE: when you have finished adding filtering options, ensure you click 'Apply filter' this will then apply your filter setting and the section will turn yellow. 

When moving between reports, filtering options do not save, you will need to select the relevant filtering each time you view a report.
